Jacket: To measure chest, place measuring tape under arms over shirt. Skirt/Pant: The measurement must be taken over the shirt and at the position that the pant and skirt is usually worn. Waist: Place measuring tape over the waist. Hip: Measure around the largest part of the seat. Shirt: Measure around the neck. For the sleeve length, place measuring tape at the center of the back outside the collar to the end of wrist.
